HOTEL POLICIES

1. General Policies

For guests arriving after 8PM, please contact us during our office hours at +1 (561) 732-2544 to advise us of your late arrival. We will provide you with all information needed to gain access to your suite.

Smoking is not permitted on the property at any time.

Dogs are permitted with the applicable fee and security deposit. Please call our Front Office prior to arrival if you will be bringing a dog.

Due to city ordinance, no trailers or commercial vehicles are allowed.


2. Booking

A 25% deposit of the total reservation cost, including taxes and fees, is required upon booking to confirm the reservation.

Rates and availability are subject to change until a deposit is made and booking is confirmed.

All rates are subject to Palm Beach County Sales Tax.

We accept Visa, AMEX, Master Card, and Discover as payment. We do not accept cash.

Sun Dek Beach House offers a handicap-accessible suite to ensure all guests can have an enjoyable stay. For more information contact our office at +1 (561) 732-2544.

Guests must be 25 or over to check in. All guests under the age of 25 must travel with an adult.

Guests must provide a valid ID and credit card to check-in.

All outstanding reservation costs, including taxes and fees, will be charged upon check-in. A $150 authorization will be placed on the credit card you provide at check-in for incidentals or damage.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the date of departure. Late check-out requests can only be granted on the day of departure. A fee may apply.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations seriously impact our small business. Please understand that our cancellation policies are enforced to ensure the health of the business.

Cancellation policies range from 3 to 30 days, depending on your arrival date. Cancellations made prior to your cancellation policy will receive a full refund (excluding special offers, non-refundable, non-transferable reservations). Cancellation notices received less than the cancellation policy on your reservation from the arrival date, will be charged 25% of the total reservation cost, including taxes and fees. No refunds will be given for unfavorable weather, early departure, utility service interruption, construction, or maintenance issues.

4. Accidental Damage

The Guest agrees that the Company can charge additional fees to cover:

Damage to the Property or its equipment

Unauthorized Pets

Where loss or damage to the Property exceeds $500, the Company will bill the Guest for the shortfall, and the Guest agrees to pay within 14 days. In the event that the Guest fails to pay any such shortfall, the Company reserves the right to exercise any legal remedies to pursue the amount owed from the Guest. Where the Company finds damage or loss to the Property following the Guests departure that, in the view of the Company, constitutes malicious or wanton damage, the Company reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities and prosecute, in addition to billing the Guest for the full amount of repair or replacement, and the Guest agrees to pay within 14 days.
